All material is accepted is on the understanding that it is copyright free. NHM accepts no liability for any subsequent copyright issues. NHM accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, including failure to publish. NHM will not be held responsible for any damage or loss relating to photographs and/or artwork and copy supplied.

NHM reserves the right to cancel an advertisement/editorial at any time. If payment has been received, you will be issued with a 100% refund.

ARTWORK COPYRIGHT All rights reserved. Any designs created by the NHT are under Copyright and cannot be reproduced without permission or purchase.

CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing by the deadline date. Cancellations after the publication deadline date will be invoiced in full.
PAYMENT is due at the time of booking, or at the latest advertising publication deadline date for each issue booked. NHM reserves the right to withhold any advertising for any account that is not settled in full by the advertising publication deadline date. Space is only guaranteed when payment is received.
